v12bat Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and v12bat ("v12bat", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://v12bat.cam ("Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the v12bat Platform — including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, arcade games, and lottery services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of their geographic location. Players based in Malaysia are subject to the same Terms as all other users. v12bat is an English-language platform and all formal communications, legal notices, and these Terms are provided in English as the governing language.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. v12bat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the v12bat website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at https://v12bat.cam.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the Platform.
• "User" / "Player" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether or not they hold a registered Account.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means a financial stake placed by a User on any game, event, or outcome available on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a User's Account, denominated in MYR.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits added to a User's Account that are subject to specific wagering requirements and restrictions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of all registered Users.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the deposit limits, session limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion functions available within User Account settings.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond v12bat's reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, network outages, or third-party service failures.

To register and maintain an Account on v12bat, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. v12bat applies a 21+ minimum age policy consistently and without exception.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
3. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and at any point when requested during KYC verification.
4. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on v12bat or any other gambling platform that extends to v12bat's services.
5. You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of v12bat or any of its affiliated entities.
6. You must access and use the Platform for your own personal entertainment only, not on behalf of any third party or commercial enterprise.

v12bat reserves the right to request proof of age and identity documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

Each eligible person may hold only one (1) Account on v12bat. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and any pending withdrawals cancelled.

During registration, you are required to provide, at minimum, a valid email address, a secure password, and your date of birth. Additional information including your full legal name, identity card or passport number, residential address, and a valid payment method may be required at the point of KYC verification before withdrawals are processed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account login credentials. v12bat will not be liable for any losses, theft, or unauthorised transactions resulting from your failure to protect your account password and two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify v12bat immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

v12bat applies a comprehensive KYC programme in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. We may request any of the following documents at any stage:

• Government-issued photo identification (MyKad for Malaysian nationals, passport for foreign nationals).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (front image of bank card, e-wallet account screenshot).
• Source of funds declaration for high-value deposits or cumulative transaction thresholds.

All submitted documents are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

v12bat supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

The following general transaction rules apply:

• Minimum deposit: RM30. Maximum deposit per transaction: RM30,000.
• E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are credited instantly.
• FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during operating hours, subject to completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your v12bat Account.
• v12bat does not charge internal processing fees on standard MYR deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.

v12bat reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting additional KYC documentation, source of funds information, or a verification of the payment method. This process is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any suspicion on the part of the User.

All bets and wagers placed on the v12bat Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, arcade games, and lottery. These product-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on v12bat:

• All bets are final once confirmed. v12bat does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets, except in cases of manifest error or system malfunction.
• v12bat reserves the right to void any bet placed in error (e.g., incorrect odds due to a pricing error, duplicate event listings) at its sole discretion. Affected users will be notified and their stake refunded.
• In the event of a match, event, or game being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, the applicable settlement rules for that product category will apply as published on the Platform.
• v12bat offers in-play ("live") betting on selected sports events including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, and major international football competitions. In-play odds are updated in real time and accepted on a best-effort basis; connection delays are the User's responsibility.
• Maximum payout limits per bet or per event may apply. These limits are disclosed within the relevant sportsbook or game interface.

v12bat is not liable for losses arising from a User's misunderstanding of betting rules, odds formats, or product features. Users are encouraged to review all rules before placing wagers and to contact our 24/7 customer support team if clarification is required.

v12bat offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP programme benefits. The following rules apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement, which will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be processed from the associated funds.
2. Time Limits: Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issuance or the date of first deposit (as applicable). Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be automatically forfeited.
3. Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting, live casino, and slot games may have different contribution percentages. Game-specific contribution rates are disclosed within each promotion's terms.
4. One Bonus per Account: Users may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly permits stacking. Only one bonus may be claimed per household address or IP address unless v12bat explicitly states otherwise.
5. Abuse Prevention: v12bat employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on outcomes with near-certain results, placing offsetting bets, and systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet requirements with minimal exposure. Accounts engaging in such behaviour will have bonuses voided and, where fraud is suspected, may be permanently closed.

v12bat reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect bonuses already accepted by Users in good faith at the time of the change.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the v12bat Platform. Breach of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting), whether under your own name or using false identity information.
• Using the Platform while under the influence of a self-exclusion arrangement, either self-imposed or operator-imposed.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit promotions.
• Colluding with other users, operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage over v12bat or other Platform users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading, or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on v12bat.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform, including through structured deposit-and-withdrawal patterns designed to obscure the source of funds.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with v12bat.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
• Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals against v12bat.

All content on the v12bat Platform — including but not limited to the v12bat brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software code, game interfaces, written content, data, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of v12bat or its licensed third-party content partners. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or republishing any Platform content without written authorisation from v12bat.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any Platform software.
• Creating derivative works based on v12bat's intellectual property.
• Using v12bat's brand name, logos, or trademarks in any manner without explicit written consent.

Breach of these intellectual property restrictions may result in Account closure and expose the User to civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, v12bat and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, including during scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Any technical failure, network outage, or third-party service disruption affecting Platform availability.
• Any loss of data, account information, or betting history resulting from technical issues.
• Any gambling losses incurred as a result of using the Platform, irrespective of the circumstances.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Where v12bat is found liable, its total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits you have made to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

v12bat does not warrant that the Platform will be free of errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times. We undertake commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and security but make no absolute guarantees in this regard.

v12bat collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of this agreement.

By registering an Account on v12bat, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, KYC verification, payment processing, customer support interactions, and standard Platform usage analytics.

v12bat does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted service providers engaged to deliver Platform functionality (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification partners) and is handled under strict data processing agreements.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. To exercise any data rights, contact us at the email address listed in Section 15 of these Terms.

v12bat is committed to promoting responsible gambling behaviour. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and we encourage all users to approach the Platform with this in mind. Gambling should never be used as a mechanism for generating income, recovering financial losses, or coping with personal difficulties.

v12bat provides the following Responsible Gambling Tools, accessible from within your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the net losses you are willing to absorb over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive a notification or automatic log-out after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. This action is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and cannot be undone by contacting customer support within that period.

v12bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — such as modifications to deposit rules, withdrawal conditions, or User rights — v12bat will endeavour to notify registered Users by email or via an in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days where reasonably practicable.

For minor amendments (including typographical corrections, clarifications, or editorial updates that do not affect User rights or obligations), changes may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and commercial law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the v12bat Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect legitimate interests pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original.
